From working bees to celebration days, our events bring people together for good kai, great company, and meaningful mahi. Come as you are—grubby hands welcome!
Mark your calendars! These gatherings are where community spirit comes alive
Celebrate the season with us! Join the whānau for a day of sharing kai from our community gardens, live music from local artists, kids' activities, and storytelling. Bring your family, bring your appetite, and bring whatever you've grown or made to share. It's a potluck celebration of everything we've achieved together.
Time to roll up those sleeves and get grubby! We're preparing our community gardens for the cooler months—building new raised beds, enriching the soil, planting autumn crops, and tidying up. No experience needed, just a willingness to get stuck in. We'll provide all the tools, morning tea, and a hearty lunch. You bring the enthusiasm!
Calling all young creatives! Spend the day expressing yourself through art. We've got spray paint, brushes, canvases, and a massive wall just waiting for your vision. Local artists will be on hand to teach techniques, but this day is all about your creativity. We'll finish with a showcase where families can admire the masterpieces. Lunch and art supplies provided.
